1. Overall introduction to order management
Note: If your order is not found, please perform order synchronization operation!
1. Click the “Order-All Orders” or “Order-Pending Orders” page on the left menu;
2. Query option area: sellers can search and filter items in this area such as shops and order status, so as to query the order information you need;
3. Order status tab: Here you can quickly query orders in different states;
4. Single order operation area: you can perform corresponding operations on the order here;
5. Bulk operation area: You can select multiple orders to select the corresponding bulk operation here.
Second, simultaneous orders
1. Synchronize certain order information: If the status of an order information is not updated, it may never be paid to paid, but the system has not been updated. You can click this synchronization button or click the batch synchronization button in 2;
2. Synchronize orders in batches: If your order is not found, please click the “Sync Shop Order” and “Sync Missing Order” buttons in this area.
【Sync shop order】
1. Click the “Sync Shop Order” button;
2. Select the store that needs to be synchronized;
3. Select the time period for order synchronization;
4. Click the “OK” button.
【Synchronization of missing orders】
If individual orders or SIP orders cannot be synchronized, you can select “Synchronize Orders”.
1. Click the “Synchronize Missing Orders” button;
2. Select the store that needs to be synchronized; (If the missing order is a SIP order, please see the steps in Figure 2.1, select the SIP sub-shop)
3. Enter the missing order number, you can enter multiple, distinguished by line breaks;
4. Click the “OK” button.
3. Product source, source of goods and purchase
After the seller places an order, he needs to make purchases. KeYouYun ERP provides a variety of ways to make quick purchases, as follows:
1. Commodity source: Click on the “commodity source” text below the picture to jump to the source link collected by the product. If the seller fills in the source link when editing the product, the jump is the source link saved by himself;
2. Search for the source of supply: Mouse over the product picture, you can click “search source” under the big picture of the product to search for the same source in 1688 in the form of a picture;
3. Go to purchase: Click the “Go to purchase” button in the product operation item, you can place an order in 1688 in KeYouYun ERP.
4. Print picking list and face list
1. Single printing of the order: Provide three ways to print: “print pick list”, “print face sheet” and “quick print face sheet”; (if using quick print face sheet, please refer to step 4 in the figure to install the software)
2. Batch printing: multiple orders can be selected for “batch printing pick list” and “batch printing face list” operations;
3. Clear print settings: If you selected fast printing, you selected the wrong printer during the first quick print, you can click this “clear print settings” button to clear the printer device, and then click “fast print” again to select the printer;
4. If you use quick printing for the first time, the system detects that the computer does not have software installed, and you need to install the software for quick printing in advance. Please click “Install” to install and start the software. After installation, you can quickly print the face sheet.
