1. Failed to release the product
1.1. On all product pages, the mouse floats on the question “?” Icon for the failed product release, which can display the reason for the failure. You can modify the product according to the failure reason and click publish again.
1.2. Collected products can only be posted to the same store once, and two identical products cannot be released. You can collect multiple same products and edit and publish them separately
1.3 After the product is released, if you see the product information at the front desk or seller center of the Shopee seller’s shop, the specification SKU information is caused by the synchronization problem of the Shopee data channel. Please delete this product in the online product of the KeYouYun ERP system, and then Re-edit and publish to the store (the data cannot be retrieved after deletion, you can publish a new product by copying the new product function)
1.4 The reason for the failure of the release is “please fill in all required attribute information”, please check whether the necessary information of the product is filled in
1.5 The reason for the failure of the release is “product picture 1, 2, 3, upload failed, please check …”, caused by the network delay of the Shopee data channel, please re-post the product.
1.6 The reason for the failure of the release is “abnormality in calling the API”, please delete this product in the Shopee seller center, and then re-publish the product in the KeYouYun ERP.
2. Cannot see the order information

3. Move the store

4. Set up product discounts

4.2. In the “Shop Products-Online Products” of the Kouyou Cloud ERP system, click on the product edit, and then you can set a discount in the price inventory
