7. How to ship multiple express from different manufacturers?

8. What should I do if the package size is too large?
The seller should carefully read the Shopee logistics manual , and please check whether the products under the order are packed well before shipping!

9. Can freight forwarders send packages such as LWE and SF Express?
The freight forwarder can only send official SLS parcels for Shopee. For unofficial ones, please contact the logistics delivery yourself. After delivery, fill in the express return information in the background of Shopee .
10. The buyer has cancelled, can you help me reject express delivery?
Generally, the express delivery to the freight forwarder is directly placed at the door and cannot be identified. Therefore, the freight forwarding service provider cannot help you reject the express delivery!
Please ask the seller to check the logistics information of the courier, and contact the courier logistics brother to let him refuse the operation and return it to the original address.
11. How to cancel the refund points? When express delivery has not been delivered by the freight forwarder, how to cancel the delivery in the KeYouYun ERP?
