1. Open the Shopee Web Chat
Login Shopee sellers Center, click on the “ShopeeFans” navigation menu “New Chat” or the lower right corner of the “Webchat”.
2. Set translation configuration items
- Click the “ShopeeFans” icon, select “Shopee Chat” to open the translation configuration options.
- Set configuration items
- Seller language: Translate the chat message into the language that the seller sees.
- Buyer language: Translate the message to be sent to the buyer’s language and send it to the buyer.
- After setting “Turn on chat translation”, click Save.
- Send seller message: After the seller directly enters the content in the chat window, click “Translate and send” , the message content will be automatically translated before being sent to the buyer.
- Accept the buyer’s message: Click “Message Translation” in the chat message record, and the message content will be translated into the language that the seller sees.
